Lola Rae who is a Nigerian-born British-Ghanaian singer, has reacted to Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s submission concerning women who have poor culinary skills, by airing her own view on the issue.
Lola Rae in an interview published by Punch News’ Sunday Scoop today, August 14, 2016, stated clearly that she feels cooking for a man is not a compulsory thing. Se further added that it should only be done if there is an opportunity to do so.
“Yes, I was brought up in a home where my mum cooked for my dad every single day, but she was a housewife.”
“My thought is if you have the time, it is okay to cook for your husband, but in a situation where you are a career woman and don’t have the time to cook, there are ways you can go about it.”
“You can hire someone to do the cooking for you or cook in bulk on weekends and store in the freezer”, Lola Rae said.
