Nigerian singer, Nikki Laoye took to her Twitter page to air her displeasure at the poor quality of service she went through in the hands of Arik Air .
The singer in a series of tweets explained that she had a terrible experience in the hands of the airline as she wasn’t told about the one hand luggage rule and felt bad she had to pay an extra fee for the extra bag she had with her.
